WILL YOU DEPEND ON GOD?

Father, I praise your holy name for another blessed #SONday morning. I’m grateful for second chances.

Father, as many have awakened and have begun their morning journey, they are also grateful for second chances.

Because of you, they have life and have it more abundantly. Therefore, instead of dwelling on what didn’t occur, they focus on your continued blessings.

Father, many have experienced ups and downs throughout this past week. However, your love uplifted and restored them. Therefore, they have learned to trust in you as they push through their obstacles and/or difficulties and walk the path that you have established for them.  

Father, help everyone to take time to examine themselves daily to determine whether they are of faith or not.  Help them to stop depending upon man and start depending on you for all things. Help them to further understand that you have all the power and control and that with you, no weapons formed against them will prosper.


Trust in the Lord and do good;
Dwell on the land and enjoy a safe pasture. Take delight in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart. Commit your way to the Lord; trust in him and he will do this: He will make your righteous reward shine like the dawn, your vindication like the noonday sun.

GOD’S ABUNDANT LOVE

Father, praise your holy name for another blessed morning in Christ. I am grateful for another opportunity to worship you in spirit and in truth.

Father, as many have awakened and have begun their morning journey, they sing praises to you through your Son, Jesus Christ, for another opportunity to turn their wrongs into rights. They confess their sins and repent of them as they continue to focus on walking the straight and narrow path to righteousness. They pray fervently for you to keep them uplifted when they face trials that seem never-ending. They know that, with you, all things are possible, and despite their past, they are made whole.

Father, help all to understand that you are always in their midst. Help them to understand that you want all to change their ways and come to you so that all can have life and have it more abundantly.

“I pray that out of his glorious riches he may strengthen you with power through his Spirit in your inner being, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith. And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, may have power, together with all the Lord’s holy people, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ, and to know this love that surpasses knowledge—that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God. Ephesians 3:18-19
