ARE YOU FALLING SHORT?

Father, praise your holy name for this blessed morning in Christ. I’m grateful for your unconditional love.

Father, as many have awakened and have begun their morning journey, they sing praises to you through your Son, Jesus Christ, for your continued blessings, grace, and mercy.

As they evaluate their actions in life, to include relationships, family, and loved ones, all in accordance with the Holy Word.

They realized that they have been so focused on satisfying their own wants and needs that they focus on showing themselves approved, rightfully dividing the word of God.

Because of the aforementioned, they no longer struggle from their stance that it’s all about themselves and what they want instead of what you, through your Son, Jesus Christ, expects from them; they continue to fall short of your glory as well as the future you have established for them.

“For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God and are justified by his grace as a gift, through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus, whom God put forward as a propitiation by his blood, to be received by faith. This was to show God’s righteousness, because in his divine forbearance he had passed over former sins. It was to show his righteousness at the present time, so that he might be just and the justifier of the one who has faith in Jesus.

Romans 3:23-26

A SPIRITUAL RENEWAL

Father, give you all the praise and glory for another day that was not promised. I’m grateful for your unconditional love.

Father, as many have awakened and have begun their morning journey, they smile because they know that it is only by your grace that they have life this morning. Despite their shortcomings, your love never diminishes, and your blessings continuously overflow.

They know that it is only because of you, through your Son, Jesus Christ, that they are present in the body and are fully connected with your Holy Spirit. When they know to do right but continue to do wrong, they are convicted within their heart, soul, and mind to repent of their sins, ask for forgiveness, and ask for your divine direction to do that which is right in accordance with your holy word.

Father, help us all to spend more time with you by studying your word. Help us all to righteously apply knowledge to the areas of their lives that will eventually result in a spiritual renewal.

In addition, help all “To put off your old self, which belongs to your former manner of life and is corrupt through deceitful desires, and to be renewed in the spirit of your minds, and to put on the new self, created after the likeness of God in true righteousness and holiness.”
Ephesians 4:22-24

DEPEND ON GOD FOR ALL THINGS

Father, praise your holy name for another blessed morning in Christ. I’m grateful for your unconditional love and continued protection.

Father, as many have awakened and have begun their morning journey, they pause to say, “Thank you.” They know that it is only by your grace and mercy that they have life and have it more abundantly. Despite their pain, they push through their troubles, focus on the blessings that you have bestowed upon them, and continuously direct, uplift, sustain, and carry them to a place of peace and happiness.

Father, help all to realize that, despite how problematic circumstances continue to arise, you have always provided a way out of their darkness to light and peace.

Father, help all to depend upon you for all things.  Help them to understand that “He has delivered us from the domain of darkness and transferred us to the kingdom of his beloved Son, in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins.” Colossians 1:13-14

A DEPENDABLE GOD

Father, as many have awakened and have begun their daily journey, they continue to sing praises to your holy name for another day that was not promised.

Despite the roadblocks that arise, they continue to push forward, knowing that you have the solution to all problems. Despite their wavering minds as to “what if,” “why,” and/or “when,” they remain steadfast in your holy word, knowing that you “did not give them a spirit of fear and timidity, but of power, love, and self-discipline.” 2 Tim 1:7

Father, help all to realize that the only one they can truly rely upon to protect, guide, and direct is you, through your Son, Jesus Christ, and your Holy Spirit.

Father, help all to realize that you are the answer to all situations, and despite how it appears, you will not foresake them, for you are a constant and dependable God.

“Yes, my soul, find rest in God; my hope comes from him. Truly, he is my rock and my salvation; he is my fortress, and I will not be shaken. My salvation and my honor depend on God; he is my mighty rock and my refuge.
Trust in him at all times, you people; pour out your hearts to him, for God is our refuge.”
Psalm 62:5-8
