DESPITE MY SHORTCOMINGS

Father, I thank you for another blessed morning that was not promised. Despite my shortcomings, you continue to forgive, provide, protect, guide, and restore.

Father, your love is one of a kind. When I’m down, your love uplifts my spirit. When I am weak, your love strengthens my walk in life. When I’m afraid, you allow such darkness to dissipate.

Father, help all to understand the debts of your love. Help them to know that you come so that they may have life and have it more abundantly. Therefore, let go of the problems of yesterday and start anew in Jesus Christ.

“Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!.” 2 Corinthians 5:17

Father, I praise your holy name for another blessed morning in Christ. I’m grateful for the gift of life.

Father, as many have awakened and have begun their morning journey they sing praises to you through your Son, Jesus Christ, for your continued blessings and the gift of life as well.

Father, we thank you, through your Son, Jesus Christ, for your continued blessings and favor. Despite our shortcomings you continue to forgive, provide, direct and protect us from all hurt, harm, and danger. Therefore, we completely give all our worries to you. As we walk in faith, we lay our burdens down and remember that you have all power and have never forsakened us.

Father, thank you for your agape love. Despite our shortcomings, you continue to be present in our lives through the good and the bad.

And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever. Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth, him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you. John 14:16

Father, help all to realize that you are the answer to all of their needs, wants, and problems. Help them to continue to depend upon you daily, during the good and the bad.

They know that nothing is possible without you, through your Son, Jesus Christ. Therefore, they sing praises, and worship you during the good and the bad times.

They know that despite their shortcomings, you continue to forgive, provide, protect, and direct them to the path of righteousness.

They know that a dependency upon you through your Son, Jesus Christ, is essential for their spiritual walk, which takes them through the darkness that attempts to discourage them from pressing forward.

Father, help all to realize that life is full of challenges, but as they cling to your unchanging hands, during the good and the bad, no weapons formed against them will prosper.

“No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn.” Isaiah 54:17

Despite their shortcomings, you continue to forgive, provide, protect, restore, renew, direct them to, and adorn them with the breastplate of righteousness. Therefore, they examine themselves daily to ensure that they are in alignment with your holy word.

Father, help all whose hearts are far from you. Help them to seek you through your Son, Jesus Christ, first. Help them not do anything for show, but serve you with all their heart and soul.

“Serve the Lord our God with all your heart and with your soul.” Deuteronomy 10:12

CLING TO RIGHTEOUSNESS OVER SINFULNESS

Father, praise your holy name for another blessed morning in Christ. I’m grateful for your unconditional love.

Father, as many have awakened and are beginning their #SONday morning journey, they pause to give you the honor for another blessed morning that was not promised through confession, prayer, and supplication.

They know that despite their shortcomings, you continue to forgive, provide, protect, and redirect their path from destruction to peace and sovereignty.

Father, help all to realize that life without you, your Son, Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit would be unbearable. Therefore, cling to righteousness over sinfulness, confess that Jesus Christ is your Son, and be baptized in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit for the remission of sins and a new walk as they stay on the path of righteousness.

“For through the Spirit we eagerly await by faith the righteousness for which we hope.” Galatians 5:6

OPEN COMMUNICATION WITH GOD THROUGH JESUS CHRIST

Father, praise your holy name for this blessed day in Christ. I’m grateful for your grace and mercy.

Father, as many have awakened and are beginning their morning journey, they first pause to give you praise and to glorify your holy name through your Son, Jesus Christ. They know that it is only by your grace that they have life, and they have it more abundantly. Therefore, they commit to continuing to trust and obey you through your Son, Jesus Christ.

Despite their challenges and ungodly temptations, trials, and tribulations, they push forward because they know that your Holy Spirit is always present to guide, provide, and protect.

Father, protect all who are experiencing spiritual warfare at this time. Help them understand that you will not foresake them. Help them to continue to call on your name for all things, realizing there is a purpose for all experiences. Help them to repent of their sins and continuously have open communication with you through your Son, Jesus Christ.

“Be careful for nothing, but in everything, by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which passes all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.” Philippians 4:6-7

They know that all things are possible with you. Despite how things appear, they are restful and assured because you have all the power to demolish strongholds, uplift those who are weak in their spiritual walk, carry them through their trials, and free their mindsets as they are mentally and physically removed from the valley to the hilltop.

Father, they pray for your guidance, as well as your armor and shield to protect them as they journey through the path of life that has or hasn’t been orchestrated for them. They know that with you, through your Son, Jesus Christ, they can endure and overcome all things.

“The one who overcomes, I will grant to him to sit with Me on My throne, as I also overcame and sat with My Father on His throne.” Revelations 3:21

“No, in all these things, we are more than conquerors through him who loved us.” Romans 8:37

Despite their shortcomings, you continue to forgive, provide, protect, restore, and renew.

Despite their challenges, you continue to carry them through their trials, tribulations, and darkest experiences.

Despite their sins, you give them an opportunity to repent and change their ways, thoughts, and actions to become one in Christ.

Father, help all to take time to examine themselves daily in accordance with your holy word. Help them understand that you are ever-present and always abounding in love. Therefore, commit their lives to you through your Son, Jesus Christ, as you continuously bestow blessings upon them by guiding and directing their steps.

“Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in Christ with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places, even as he chose us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and blameless before him. In love, he predestined us for adoption to himself as sons through Jesus Christ, according to the purpose of his will, to the praise of his glorious grace, with which he has blessed us in the Beloved.” Ephesians 1:3-6
