Father, I give you all the praise and glory for another day that was not promised. I’m grateful for your second chances.

Father, as many have awakened to witness this blessed morning in Christ, they smile as they praise your holy name, for today was not promised.

Despite their sins, you have given them another opportunity to turn wrongs into rights, sadness into happiness, stress into serenity, and pain into joy.

Father, help all to understand that you come so that they may have life and have it more abundantly. Therefore, continue to strive for excellence in all aspects of life.

“But as you excel in everything—in faith, in speech, in knowledge, and in all eagerness and in the love from us that is in you—make sure that you excel in this act of kindness too.” 2 Corinthians 8:7

WORKING OUT FOR YOUR GOOD

Father, praise your holy name for another blessed day in Christ. I’m grateful for your unconditional love.

Father, as many are enjoying their daily journey, they sing praises to you through your Son, Jesus Christ, for your continued blessings. When they were challenged beyond measure, you showed them that no weapons formed against them would prosper.

When they were worried about circumstances beyond their control, you showed them that you had all the power.

“And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.” Romans 8:28.

WHO ARE YOU SERVING?

Father, praise your holy name for another blessed morning in Christ. I’m grateful for the gift of life.

Father, as many have awakened to see this blessed morning, they give all praise to you, through your Son, Jesus Christ, for another opportunity to get it right.

Despite their shortcomings, you give them the strength to push through obstacles, knowing and trusting that you will continuously direct their steps, even when they lose their focus.

Father, help all to continue to push through their adversities by knowing that you will never forsake them. Help them to not succumb to feelings of defeat or worthlessness when their burdens expand instead of dissipating. Help them to realize that if they depend upon you through their trials and tribulations, they should also maintain such dependence with you when they are happy, at peace, and full of joy.

Father, help all to realize that you should be their daily focus. Help them to search their souls daily to determine whether they are wholeheartedly serving you or man.

“Whatever you do, do it wholeheartedly, as though you were working for your real master and not merely for humans. You know that your real master will give you an inheritance as your reward. It is Christ, your real master, whom you are serving.” Colossians 3:23-24
