STRAIGHT AND NARROW PATH

Father, praise your holy name for this blessed morning in Christ. I’m grateful for your unconditional love.

Father, as many have awakened and have begun their morning journey, they pause to give you all the glory for the gift of life. They know that it is only by your grace, mercy, and love that they are witnessing another day in Christ.

Despite their shortcomings, you continue to provide them with abundant blessings. They know that your love is one of a kind, and they pray that they will never have the mindset of taking such for granted.

Father, help all to realize that your spirit dwells within them. Therefore, continue to walk the straight and narrow path which leads to salvation.

“Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it. But small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and only a few find it.” Matthew 7:13-14

FOCUS ON PLEASING GOD

Father, give you all the glory for this blessed morning in Christ. I’m grateful for the gift of life.

Father, as many have awakened and are beginning their morning journey, they pause to thank you for your goodness. When they were sick, you healed them from head to toe. When they were challenged, you allowed them to stand firm in their decisions despite their disapproval of men.

Father, help all to continue to trust in your holy powers to pull and/or push them through their darkest experiences. Help them to always focus on pleasing you, through your Son Jesus Christ, in all things and/or situations.

“Our purpose is to please God, not people. He alone examines the motives of our hearts” 1 Thessalonians 2:4

Father, praising your holy name for this marvelously blessed morning in Christ. I’m grateful for second chances.

Father, as many have begun their morning journey, they pause to pray a prayer of thankfulness to you through your Son Jesus Christ. Because of your grace and mercy, they have overcome the obstacles of yesterday and are equipped to attack the challenges of today.

Father, help all to remain focused on their relationship with you, through your Son, Jesus Christ. Help them to understand that no weapons formed against them will prosper. Therefore, remain steadfast in your holy word, keeping their focus on you at all times, because you are indeed the perfect example of love, forgiveness, faithfulness, sacrifice, and peace.

“For you have been called for this purpose, because Christ also suffered for you, leaving you an example, so that you would follow in His steps.”

OVERCOMING ALL OBSTACLES

Father, praising your holy name for this blessed morning in Christ. I’m grateful for second chances.

Father, as many have awakened and are beginning their morning journey, they bow to their knees in a prayer of thankfulness. They understand that in life, they will experience plights as well as good fortune. Therefore, they learn to accept the bad with the good, through prayer, and by having a total dependency upon you.

Father, help all to make it through this day understanding that victory is indeed theirs. Help all to realize that all power comes from you, through Christ and your Holy Spirit. Help all to have faith that, with you, they are able to push through all obstacles, for you are indeed almighty. Help all to also understand that, “obstacles aren’t meant to defeat us or deter us but to direct us and keep us dependent on God.”

“For whatever is born of God overcomes the world; and this is the victory that has overcome the world—our faith.” 1 John 5:4
