GUIDED BY THE HOLY SPIRIT

Father, praise your holy name for this blessed morning in Christ. I’m grateful for your love and protection.

Father, as many have awakened and have begun their morning journey, they are filled with your Holy Spirit. They are focused on turning their wrongs into rights: sadness to happiness, and despair to joy. They are also determined to ‘brake the chain around them so that nobody else can bind them’.

Father, help all to understand that you, through your Son, Jesus Christ, are essential in their lives. Help them to understand that your Holy Spirit, which dwells within, “guides us by calling us into relationship with Jesus. The Spirit guides us by purging our sinful urges and growing his fruits. The Spirit guides us with the truth of his written word. The Spirit guides us through the process of godly discernment.”

“But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control; against such things there is no law. And those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires.” (Galatians 5:22-24).

HOW IS YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH GOD?

Father, praise your holy name for another blessed morning in Christ. I’m grateful for your unconditional love.

Father, as many have awakened and have begun their morning journey, they smile because you have allowed them to awaken to witness another beautiful morning that was not promised. They smile because you have cured their infirmities. They smile because you have granted them another opportunity to spread the gospel, despite their circumstances.

Father, help all to understand that a true relationship with you through your Son, Jesus Christ, is pertinent to truly understanding happiness.

Help them also understand that no one on earth is perfect; therefore, remain steadfast in prayer and supplication as they push through adversities, obstacles, darkness, and/or difficulties.

“I appeal to you therefore, brothers, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, which is your spiritual worship. Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good, acceptable, and perfect.” Romans 12:1-2

LEAD BY EXAMPLE

Father, praise your holy name for this blessed morning in Christ. I’m grateful for your unconditional love.

Father, as many have awakened and are beginning their morning journey, they give you praise as they uplift your holy name. They know that it is only by grace that they have life this blessed morning. Therefore, they pray a prayer of thankfulness and ask for your continued protection and guidance.

Father, help all to know that you have all the power to demolish strongholds, stress, sadness, and heartaches. Therefore, cling to your unchanging hands during both their good and their not-so-good days.

Father, help all to understand that life is not promised; therefore, ensure that they are in alignment with your holy word and focused on spreading the gospel through the life that they live.

“Whatever you have learned, received, heard from me, or seen in me—put it into practice. And the God of peace will be with you.” Philippians 4:9

THE HOLY SPIRIT IS THE CONSTANT IN YOUR LIFE 

Father, praise your holy name for another blessed morning in Christ. I’m grateful for your unconditional love.

Father, as many have awakened and have begun their morning journey, they pause to say thank you for another blessed morning that was not promised. They do not take such blessings for granted because they know that it is only by your grace that they are present in the body.

Instead of dwelling on what did not come to fruition, they focus on the grace, mercy, and love that you continue to provide to them despite their shortcomings.

Instead of dwelling on what others may think about them, they focus on remaining faithful to you through your Son, Jesus Christ.

Father, help all to choose righteousness over sinfulness. Help all to understand that they oftentimes focus on the feedback of others more than your holy word. Help all to understand that people will come and go into their lives, but your holy spirit is always constant in their lives.

“But when he, the Spirit of Truth, comes, he will guide you into all truth. He will not speak on his own; he will speak only what he hears, and he will tell you what is yet to come. He will bring glory to me by taking from what is mine and making it known to you.” John 16:13-14

A RELATIONSHIP WITH GOD IS ESSENTIAL!

Father, praise your holy name for another blessed morning in Christ. I’m grateful for your agape love.

Father, as many have awakened and are beginning their morning journey, they sing praises to you for the gift of life. Despite their shortcomings, you have never forsaken them or led them astray. Despite them choosing wrong over right, you continue to forgive them after their true repentance and continuously guide them from darkness to the path of righteousness.

Father, help all to understand that a relationship with you through your Son, Jesus Christ, is necessary and rewarding. Help them know that you are the key to their livelihood, happiness, and blessings. Moreover, help all to understand that a true relationship with you through your Son, Jesus Christ, is essential. Therefore, cling closely to you, adoring, worshipping, and obeying you through Christ at all times.

“And this is eternal life, that they may know You, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom You have sent.” John 17:3

“No one can come to Me unless the Father who sent Me draws him; and I will raise him up at the last day.” John 6:44

CLINGING ON TO GOD THROUGH JESUS CHRIST

Father, praise your holy name for this blessed morning in Christ. I’m grateful for second chances.

Father, as many have awakened and are beginning their morning journey, they pray a prayer of thankfulness. Because of you, they are able to witness another day that was not promised. Because of you, they sing praise through their good and their bad. Because of you, they understand that your love is unconditional and is always abounding.

Father, help all to understand that there will be good, bad, and indifferent days. However, your love for them remains constant. There is no wavering or this for that, because true love does not keep score and waive such annoyances.

Father, help all to search your holy word daily to ascertain what your will is for them. Help them understand that in life they will have heartaches, headaches, and other illnesses. Help all to cling closely to you through your Son, Jesus Christ.

“For you have been my help, and in the shadow of your wings, I will sing for joy. My soul clings to you; your right hand upholds me.”

DO NOT DELAY, TOMORROW IS NOT PROMISED 

Father, praise your holy name for this blessed morning in Christ. I’m grateful for your unconditional love.

Father, as many have awakened and have begun their morning journey, they pause to give you all the glory for another day that was not promised. They know that it is only by your grace that they are worthy to walk, talk, hear, see, think, and/or smell. Therefore, instead of complaining about what isn’t going right, they focus on living righteously through it all. Instead of doubting possibilities, they hold on tightly to the hope that is derived from you, through your Son, Jesus Christ, and your Holy Spirit.

Father, help all to understand that you are all powerful, forever fateful, never forsaking, and always abounding. Help all to further understand that it is only because of your grace and mercy that they are given many second chances to get their lives together. Therefore, do not delay, because tomorrow is not promised.

“But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you. Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof.” Matthew 6:33-34

GOD CREATES WITHIN US A CLEAN HEART AND A NEW SPIRIT

Father, praise your holy name for another blessed morning in Christ. I’m grateful for the opportunity to worship you in spirit and in truth.

Father, as many have awakened and have begun their morning journey, they sing praises to you for allowing them to be present in their bodies. Despite their shortcomings, you have never forsaken them, and your holy spirit continuously directs their path. Despite their sins, you forgive them after their true repentance and create in them a clean heart.

Father, help all to understand that your love is neverending, pure, and “saves those who are crushed in spirit.” Moreover, help all to understand that you come so that all may have life and have it more abundantly.

“Create in me a clean heart, O God; And renew a right spirit within me. Cast me not away from thy presence; And take not thy holy spirit from me. Restore unto me the joy of thy salvation; And uphold me with thy free spirit.” Psalm 51:10-12

THE WORD OF GOD IS ALIVE AND ACTIVE!

Father, praise your holy name for another blessed morning in Christ. I’m grateful for your agape love.

Father, as many have awakened and are beginning their morning journey, they pause to praise and uplift your holy name for this blessed morning in Christ. They know that it is only by grace that they are present in the body. Therefore, instead of complaining about what hasn’t occurred, they walk forward in faith, knowing that, in your timing, all prayers will definitively lead to fruition.

They understand that you know all things and have power over all things. Therefore, they will continue to put all their trust in you through your Son, Jesus Christ.

Father, help all who have lost faith in your holy word. Help them to know that when they are not strong in faith, that is when they are tempted and are more likely to fall prey to the tactics of Satan. Therefore, remain strong, steadfast, and trusting in you as you clothe them with the breastplate of righteousness, walking in confidence that no weapons formed against them will prosper. Help them to cling closely to your unchanging, praying for the forgiveness of their sins as well as for discernment, guidance, direction, protection, and continued faith.

“For the word of God is alive and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart.” Hebrews 4:12

GOD-ABOUNDING LOVE

Father, praise your holy name for another blessed morning in Christ. I’m grateful for your agape love.

Father, as many have been blessed to witness another day in Christ, they pause to give you all the praise for your unconditional love. They know that it is only by your grace that they have life and have it so abundantly. Despite their shortcomings, you continue to forgive, provide, and guide. Despite their sins, you continue to redirect their path. Despite their sickness, they know and therefore continuously shout out that they are victorious in you through your Son, Jesus Christ.

Father, help all to realize that you, through your Son, Jesus Christ, and your holy spirit, direct, carry, and sustain them through their ups as well as their downs. Help them to understand that you will never forsake them; therefore, continue to push through life experiences, knowing that you are all powerful, forever protecting, never forsaking, and always abounding.

“You, Lord, are forgiving and good, abounding in love to all who call to you. Hear my prayer, LORD; listen to my cry for mercy.” Psalm 86:5-6

“And God is able to bless you abundantly, so that in all things at all times, having all that you need, you will abound in every good work.”
