THANKFUL THURSDAY

Father, giving you all the praise for another blessed morning in Christ. I’m grateful for your unconditional love and the gift of life.

Father, as many have awakened and have begun their morning journey, they sing praises to you through your Son, Jesus Christ, for another opportunity to openly praise your holy name. They are grateful for this blessed “Thanksgiving” morning. They know that there is no better gift to be thankful for than the gift of life. Therefore, they push through darkness and temptation to reside in light and peace.

Father, help all to make it through this blessed and thankful day by keeping you through your Son, Jesus Christ, first. Help all to also not complain because they never know how good something or someone is to them until it’s too late. Therefore, continue to be like Christ, love and cherish each other despite one’s disposition.

“I will give thanks to the LORD because of his righteousness; I will sing the praises of the name of the LORD Most High.” Psalm 7:17

RIGHTLY DIVIDE THE WORD OF TRUTH!

Father, I’m giving you all the praise for another blessed morning in Christ. I’m grateful for your unconditional love.

Father, as many have awakened and have begun their morning journey, they pause to glorify your holy name for your continued grace and mercy. They know that it is because of you that they have life and have it more abundantly. Therefore, instead of dwelling on the bad, they push forward, knowing that your holy spirit is with them and no weapons formed against them will prosper.

Despite their temptations to do what pleases the flesh, they go to you in prayer and ask for your divine intervention.

Father, help all to call on you whether they are in need or not. Help them to always trust in you, and study your holy word to show themselves approved, “rightly dividing the word of truth.” 2 Timothy 2:15

GOD SAW US AS WORTHY

Father, I give thanks to you this blessed morning for another opportunity to get it right in Christ! I’m grateful for the gift of life.

Father, as many have awakened and have begun their morning journey, they sing praises to you through your Son, Jesus Christ, for continued blessings and favor.

Despite not deserving such favor, “You thought that we were worthy, so you came and changed our lives, you thought we were worth keeping, so you cleaned us up inside, you thought we were worthy to die for, so you sacrificed your life, so we could be free, we could be whole, and we can tell everyone we know.”

Father, help all to realize how blessed they are despite what they experience.

“But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.” Romans 5:8

“He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before Him in love.” Ephesians 1:5

PUSHING THROUGH OBSTACLES WITH GOD

Father, give you all the praise for your continued blessings. I’m grateful for the gift of life.

Father, as many have awakened and are beginning their morning journey, they pause to give you all the praise and glory for this new day in Christ. Although they fall short of your glory daily, you have never failed them. Although they know to do right but choose to do that which satisfies the flesh, your love never wavers.

Father, help all to open their eyes and hearts to witness your love that they experience daily. Help them to understand that blessings come from you through your Son, Jesus Christ. Help them to push through all obstacles, knowing that you have never and will never forsaken them.

Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.” Joshua 1:9

“It is God who arms me with strength and keeps my way secure.” Psalm 18:32

A STRONG RELIANCE ON GOD THROUGH JESUS CHRIST

Father, praise your holy name for another blessed morning in Christ. I’m grateful for your unconditional love and continued guidance, protection, and favor.

Father, as many have been blessed to awaken to witness another day that was not promised, they fall to their knees in prayer and supplication. They thank you and praise you for your holiness, for the gift of life, and for the right mindset to put you first in all aspects of life.

Despite falling short of your glory, grace and mercy, your love never wavers. Despite their sins, your love renews them after their true repentance.

Father, help all to understand that a relationship with you is essential to make it through their trials and tribulations, temptations, and/or tests.

Father, help all to search your holy word daily to help them to
understand your holy word and cause them to have a stronger reliance on you through your Son, Jesus Christ.

“The Lord is my strength and my shield; in him my heart trusts, and I am helped.” Psalm 28:7

They know that it is only by your grace and mercy that they have life and have it more abundantly. Therefore, they cling to you despite their shortcomings or challenges.

Father, help all to understand that you, through your Son, Jesus Christ, are the key to peace, tranquility, light through the darkness that they encounter, comfort, joy, and love.

“Then you will experience God’s peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus.

WILL YOU CHOOSE GOD OVER THE WORLD?

Father, praise your holy name for another blessed morning in Christ! I am grateful for the gift of life and another opportunity to turn wrongs into rights.

Father, as many have awakened and have begun their morning journey, they continue to push through their pain to peace and happiness. Despite their trials and adversities experienced, they find relief in knowing that you will never forsake them. Despite their shortcomings, you answer their prayers and start them anew. Despite their doubts, you show them who you are and whose they are as you answer prayers and uplift them from pain and agony to painlessness and joy.

Father, help all to take a look within themselves to determine whose they truly are—a child of yours or a child of the world. Moreover, help them to understand that they cannot serve two masters; therefore, they must choose you or the world, knowing that you are the only one, through your Son, Jesus Christ, who will never foresake them.

“If you belonged to the world, it would love you as its own. As it is, you do not belong to the world, but I have chosen you out of the world; that is why the world hates you.” John 15:19

WHO OR WHAT IS YOUR PRIORITY?

Father’, giving you all the praise for another blessed morning in Jesus Christ. I’m grateful for your continued blessings, grace, and mercy.

Father, as many have awakened and are beginning their morning journey, they pause to give all the glory to you through your Son, Jesus Christ. They know that because of you, no weapons formed against them will prosper. They also know that despite their shortcomings, you will never foresake them. Therefore, they seek you daily as they awaken and nightly before they lay their heads down to sleep.

Father, help all to see and understand that you, your Son, Jesus Christ, and your Holy Spirit are always present and should always be made a priority in their lives. Help them to seek you through your Son, Jesus Christ, daily and nightly.

“Seek the Kingdom of God above all else, and live righteously, and he will give you everything you need” (Matthew 6:33).

CHOOSE RIGHTEOUSNESS OVER WICKEDNESS

Father, praise your holy name for this marvelously blessed morning in Christ. I’m grateful for the gift of life.

Father, as many are also grateful for this blessed morning, they pray a prayer of thankfulness for your agape love.

Despite their shortcomings, your love is neverending. Therefore, they walk in confidence knowing that your Holy Spirit is with them and will continue to guide them to purpose, peace,and understanding.

Father, help all to realize that they have the choice to choose their path in life, therefore do such by choosing righteousness over wickedness.

“You have loved righteousness and hated wickedness; therefore God, your God, has set you above your companions by anointing you with the oil of joy. Hebrews 1:9

Father, praise your holy name for another blessed morning. I’m grateful for your unconditional love.

Father, as many have awakened and have begun their morning journey, they smile because they are able to witness another day, despite such not being promised. They smile because you have granted them another opportunity to know you and have all faith in you through your Son, Jesus Christ. They pray for your continued grace and mercy. They know that it will never be possible to one day hear, “Well done, my faithful servant,” without faith in you, through your Son, Jesus Christ.

Father, help all to therefore believe in you, through your Son, Jesus Christ, for your continued direction and protection. Help them to also know that with you, no weapons formed against them will prosper.

Moreover, because they trust in you through your Son, Jesus Christ, they sing praises as they walk the straight and narrow path to righteousness.

Father, help everyone to never be ashamed of spreading the gospel. Help them to understand that you are the answer to all of their problems, needs, and/or wants. Therefore, walk in faith, knowing that with you all is well.

“And God is able to make all grace abound toward you, that you, always having all sufficiency in all things, may have an abundance for every good work.”
