GOD’S FAVOR

Father, praise your holy name for another blessed SONday. I’m grateful to you, through your Son, Jesus Christ, for the gift of life and your unconditional love.

Father, as many others have awakened and have begun their morning journey, they are grateful to you through your Son, Jesus Christ, for the gift of life and your unconditional love as well.

Because of you, no weapons formed against them have prospered. Therefore, they push through the darkness that attempts to discourage their walk in life. They also push through the heaviness that weighs on their minds and hearts.

They know that with you, all things are working in their favor. Therefore, they continue to push through obstacles, challenges, adversities, knowing that you have never and will never forsake them.

“So you will find favor and good success in the sight of God and man.” For the Lord God is a sun and shield; the Lord bestows favor and honor. No good thing does he withhold from those who walk uprightly. Psalm 30:5 ESV

They know that nothing is possible without you through your Son, Jesus Christ. They push through their adversities and challenges knowing that you will never forsake them. They praise your holy name during both their good and bad experiences. By your grace, they push for excellence in all that they do and say.

Father, please help all who are continuously relying on you for all things. Help them to become overcomers in all they do or experience.

As they adorn themselves with your armor and shield, they walk in confidence, knowing that no weapons formed against them will prosper.

As they evaluate their actions and inactions, they repent of their sins and pray for your continued guidance, grace, and mercy.

Father, help all to adorn themselves with your armor and shield as they maneuver through life. Help them not to follow the path that leads to destruction, but that which leads to happiness, peace, and ultimately salvation.

Father, help all to realize that it is only because of your ultimate sacrifice of your one and only Son, Jesus Christ, that they have life and have it more abundantly. Therefore, they should shout, praise, and spread the gospel as long as they have life.

Father, sadly, there are some who fail to think about, or even thank you for the blessings you continuously bestow upon them. They take your glory, grace, and mercy for granted daily; however, your love never ceases.

Father, help all to understand that you came so that they may have life and have it more abundantly. Therefore, never take your love for granted, and always hold on to your unchanging hands during the good and the bad.

“Therefore, let anyone who thinks that he stands take heed lest he fall”. (At risk of losing one’s spiritual standing) 1 Corinthians 10:12.
