GOD’S BLESSINGS AND FAVOR – My Thoughts ~ Linda Walker

Father, I give you all the praise for your continued blessings and favor. Because of you, through your Son, Jesus Christ, I have life and have it more abundantly.

“The thief cometh not but to steal and to kill and to destroy. I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.” John 10:10

When I am down, you lift me up and allow me to face my challenges and temptations.

“For he will deliver you from the snare of the fowler and from the deadly pestilence. He will cover you with his pinions, and under his wings you will find refuge; his faithfulness is a shield and buckler.” Psalm 91:3-4

Father, help all to understand that you are the answer to all things and situations that arise. Help them to further understand that you have all power and control over all things and situations.

“Keep awake! Watch at all times. The devil is working against you. He is walking around like a hungry lion with his mouth open. He is looking for someone to eat. Stand against him and be strong in your faith.”

“Remember, other Christians over all the world are suffering the same as you are. After you have suffered for a while, God Himself will make you perfect. He will keep you in the right way. He will give you strength. He is the God of all loving-favor and has called you through Christ Jesus to share His shining-greatness forever.” 1 Peter 8-10

Father, I give you all the praise for holding me during the night and carrying me through the day. It is only by your grace that I have life and have it more abundantly. I am grateful for you, your Son, Jesus Christ, and your Holy Spirit.

Father, as many have awakened to witness another beautiful morning in Christ, they praise your holy name as well. They know that without you, they would not be present in the body. They understand that you, through your Son, Jesus Christ, are the true key to happiness. They understand that the Holy Spirit is the key to peace and remaining on the path of righteousness. Father, help all to understand that they are able to withstand all obstacles, darkness, setbacks, challenges, pain, depression, sadness, heartaches, anxiety, and mental wars through the Holy Spirit and your Son, Jesus Christ.

“The Lord bless you and keep you; the Lord make his face shine on you and be gracious to you; the Lord turn his face toward you and give you peace.” Numbers 6:24-26
