GLORIFYING GOD, DESPITE IT ALL

Father, praise your holy name for another blessed morning in Christ. I’m grateful for your agape love.

Father, as many have awakened and have begun their morning journey, they pause to give you praise for your continued protection, guidance, direction, peace, and joy, despite their shortcomings.

They pause to glorify you, through your Son, Jesus Christ, for never forsaking them, despite their inconsistencies.

Father, thank you for providing everyone with the various trials that they have endured, for the lessons learned from such trials have allowed them to become more dependent upon you through your Son, Jesus Christ.

In addition, Father, thank you for the gift of life. Thank you for your grace and mercy. Thank you for allowing them many chances to become the God-fearing man or woman that you have orchestrated them to become. Thank you for your continued grace and mercy.

“Therefore, by Him, let us continually offer the sacrifice of praise to God, that is, the fruit of our lips, giving thanks to His name. But do not forget to do good and to share, for with such sacrifices God is well pleased.” Hebrews 13:15-16

BECOMING WHOM GOD HAS ORDAINED

Father, praise your holy name for this blessed morning in Christ. I’m grateful for another opportunity to get it right.

Father, as many have awakened and have begun their morning journey, they bow in prayer to you, your Son, Jesus Christ, and to your holy spirit for another blessed morning that was not promised. They know that it is only because of your grace and mercy that they are given another opportunity to get it right.

They pray that they are able to overcome the many challenges that arise as well as stand strong in faith as their adversaries try to defeat them. Moreover, they pray that they are able to be the person whom you have ordained them to be and/or become before they grace this earth.

Father, help all to open their eyes to understand that there is a greater purpose for their existence. Help them to cling closely to you through prayer and supplication.

“In him we have obtained an inheritance, having been predestined according to the purpose of him who works all things according to the counsel of his will, so that we who were the first to hope in Christ might be to the praise of his glory.
