AIMING FOR PERFECTION IN GOD’S EYES

Father, I praise your holy name for this blessed morning in Christ. I’m grateful for the gift of life.

Father, as many have awakened and have begun their morning journey, they pause to give you all the praise and glory for this blessed morning that was not promised.

Because of you, through your Son, Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit, they are directed to the path of righteousness. They smile because they have life and have it more abundantly. They are grateful for your unconditional love that you continuously bestow upon them despite their shortcomings.

Father, help all to understand that you see and know all things. Help them to commit to serving you wholeheartedly through your Son, Jesus Christ, at all times.

Despite that there is no one on this earth that is perfect, they aim as close as possible, becoming perfect in your eyes.

“Be perfect, therefore, as your heavenly Father is perfect.” Matthew 5:48

“Not that I have already obtained all this, or have already arrived at my goal, but I press on to take hold of that for which Christ Jesus took hold of me.”

SALVATION THROUGH NO OTHER THAN JESUS CHRIST

Father, praise your holy name for this blessed morning in Christ. I’m grateful for the gift of life.

Father, as many have awakened and have begun their morning journey, they pause to give you all the praise, honor, and glory. They know that you, through your Son, Jesus Christ, are the key to salvation. They understand that there is no other way to salvation than through repentance, confession, and baptism in the name of God, Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit.

Father, help all to understand that tomorrow is not promised; therefore, live righteously in accordance with the Holy Bible, and pray fervently for guidance as they walk the path of darkness, setbacks, heartaches, challenges, pain, depression, sadness, and despair. Help all to understand that you are the answer to all situations that occur in life. Therefore, put all their trust in you, through your Son, Jesus Christ.

“Jesus is “the stone you builders rejected, which has become the cornerstone.’ Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved.” Acts 4: 11-12

BECAUSE OF THE BLOOD OF JESUS CHRIST!

Father, I give you all the praise for another blessed morning that was not promised. I’m grateful for your unconditional love and the gift of life.

Father, as many have awakened and have begun their morning journey, they pause to give you all the praise as well. They know that despite their shortcomings, you continue to forgive and redirect their path. They know that the good that has been done for or to them has been because of your grace and mercy. They know that their not-so-good days are only bearable because of you through your Son, Jesus Christ. Therefore, they continue to push through their pain, obstacles, depression, challenges, and anxiety knowing that you have never forsaken them and will always come through for them.

Father, help all to realize that you, Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit are the reason for their existence, deliverance, perseverance, and hope. Help all to know that once they accept Jesus Christ as their Savior through words and deeds, they are covered by the blood of Jesus Christ.

“In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of his grace.” Ephesians 1:7

“For you know that it was not with perishable things such as silver or gold that you were redeemed from the empty way of life handed down to you from your ancestors, but with the precious blood of Christ, a lamb without blemish or defect.” Peter 1:18-19

GOD’S NEVER-ENDING LOVE

Father, I give you all the praise for this blessed morning in Christ. I’m grateful for the gift of life.

Father, as many have awakened and have begun their morning journey, they pause to give you all the praise as well. They know that you, through your Son, Jesus Christ, are the source of love, forgiveness, salvation, peace, joy, and restoration.

They know that your love is never-ending, pure, and always abounding. They know that had it not been for you, they would not be present in the body on this beautiful morning in Christ. Therefore, they wholeheartedly worship and adore you.

Father, help all get their priorities in order, for material things will fade away, but your love, protection, guidance, direction, peace, and renewal are never-ending.

“But Lord, your endless love stretches from one eternity to the other, unbroken and unrelenting toward those who fear you and those who bow facedown in awe before you.” Psalm 103:17

WHO ARE YOU SEEKING?

Father, praise your holy name for this blessed morning in Christ. I’m grateful for your gift of life.

Father, as many have awakened and have begun their morning journey, they sing praises to you through your Son, Jesus Christ, for another day that was not promised.

They know that with you they are victorious, and your Holy Spirit continuously guides them to a place of peace, serenity, joy, and happiness.

Father, help all to establish a true and greater relationship with you through your Son, Jesus Christ, and your Holy Spirit.

Father, help all to realize that you are the answer to their needs, problems, worries, wants, and/or sicknesses.

Father, help all to seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, “live in that ongoing repentance from sin, and to lead the kind of sincere, from-the-heart, devoted-to-God lifestyles Jesus has been describing.”

“But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.” Matthew 6:33

THANKFUL THURSDAY

Father, giving you all the praise for another blessed morning in Christ. I’m grateful for your unconditional love and the gift of life.

Father, as many have awakened and have begun their morning journey, they sing praises to you through your Son, Jesus Christ, for another opportunity to openly praise your holy name. They are grateful for this blessed “Thanksgiving” morning. They know that there is no better gift to be thankful for than the gift of life. Therefore, they push through darkness and temptation to reside in light and peace.

Father, help all to make it through this blessed and thankful day by keeping you through your Son, Jesus Christ, first. Help all to also not complain because they never know how good something or someone is to them until it’s too late. Therefore, continue to be like Christ, love and cherish each other despite one’s disposition.

“I will give thanks to the LORD because of his righteousness; I will sing the praises of the name of the LORD Most High.” Psalm 7:17

Father, as many have awakened and have begun their morning journey, they sing praises to you through your Son, Jesus Christ, for your continued blessings and favor despite their shortcomings. Therefore, they repent of their sins and dedicate their lives to you through your Son, Jesus Christ. They know that despite their shortcomings, your love for them is never-ending. They know that although they fall short of your glory daily, their faith in Jesus Christ will one day result in them acquiring a mansion, robe, and crown.

Father, help all to search themselves daily to take the pluck out of their own eyes instead of worrying about what others do or fail to do.

Father, help all to consistently seek you through your Son, Jesus Christ.

GOD IS OMNIPRESENT

Father, as many have awakened and have begun their morning journey, they pause to give you all the praise for another blessed morning that was not promised. Despite their shortcomings, your love is never-ending, and you are ominipresent.

When they have been depleted by the burdens that weigh heavily on them, you relieve them from the cares of this world and reform their thoughts and walk in life.

Father, help all to cling to you as they push through their adversities, obstacles, and troubles. Help them to know that you are omnipresent and will never forsake them.

“Where can I go from your Spirit?” Where can I flee from your presence? If I go up to the heavens, you are there; if I make my bed in the depths, you are there… even there, your hand will guide me; your right hand will hold me fast. If I say, “Surely the darkness will hide me and the light become night around me,” even the darkness will not be dark to you; the night will shine like the day, for darkness is as light to you. Psalm 139:7-12

SPIRITUALLY RENEWED

Father, praise your holy name for another blessed morning in Christ. I’m grateful for another opportunity to worship you in spirit and in truth.

Father, as many have awakened and have begun their morning journey, they sing praises to you through your Son, Jesus Christ, for the gift of life. They know that It is only by your grace that they have life and have it more abundantly. Therefore, they push through their adversities and challenges knowing that your grace is sufficient. They push through all negativity knowing that you have established their path and no weapons formed against them will prosper.

They sing praises to you because they are grateful for the forgiveness of their sins and, therefore, dedicate their lives to you through confession and baptism.

Father, help all to see that there is no other way to be made spiritually renewed than through repentance, confession, and baptism. Help them to do that which is right in accordance with your holy word.

“Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God—this is your true and proper worship. Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing, and perfect will.” Romans 12:1-2

A GRANDER LIFE AWAITS

Father, as many have awakened and have begun their morning journey, they sing praises to you through your Son, Jesus Christ. They know that it is only by your grace that they have life and have it more abundantly. They know that life is so much grander because of you through your Son, Jesus Christ. They know that with you, all things are possible.

Father, help all to realize that until they accept you, your Son, Jesus Christ, and your Holy Spirit, they will continue to be lost in a world of deceitfulness, evil, and hypocrisy.

Father, help all turn their lives around and put you first so that they can one day acquire what you have purposed for them.

“But my life is worth nothing to me unless I use it for finishing the work assigned me by the Lord Jesus—the work of telling others the Good News about the wonderful grace of God.”
