The Holy Spirit Will Guide and Direct My Steps

Father, I give you all the praise for another blessed morning in Christ. I’m grateful for the gift of life.

Despite my shortcomings, your love never wavers. Therefore, I repent of my sins and change for the better.

I know that with you, no weapons formed against me shall prosper. Therefore, I follow your holy word and apply such teachings to my daily life.

Father, I trust in you through your Son, Jesus Christ, for all things. I thank you for your continued blessings, grace, mercy, favor and protection.

Father, help me to put you first in all that I do and say. Help me to guard my tongue by not speaking or thinking negativity.

Moreover, help me to be obedient to your Holy Spirit, and guide me through the darkness that attempts to discourage my walk.

“However, when He, the Spirit of truth, has come, He will guide you into all truth; for He will not speak on His own authority, but whatever He hears He will speak; and He will tell you things to come.” John 16:13

Father, as many have awakened and have begun their morning journey, they also praise your holy name for this blessed morning that was not promised, and are grateful for the gift of life.

Father, your love is like no other. Despite our sins, you continue to forgive, provide, protect, guide, restore, and renew. Despite the knowledge of your holy word, many continue to walk the path, which leads to destruction instead of salvation. However, you continue to bless and protect them from all evil and darkness.

When they finally open their eyes, they repent and redirect their steps to the path that you have established for them.

Father, help all to know you and your Holy Word. Help them to take heed to your holy word and do that which you have orchestrated for them. In addition, help them to understand that your Son, Jesus Christ, is the answer to all of their needs and wants.

“Give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.” 1 Thessalonians 5:18

Father, many are experiencing your agape love this morning. Despite their shortcomings, your love never ceases. Therefore, they push through their adversities knowing that you will never forsake them and will always be present to carry them through their trials and tribulations.

Father, your love never ceases nor wavers. Therefore, instead of dwelling on what didn’t occur, they focus on your continued blessings, favor, grace, mercy and peace beyond understanding.

“Because of the Lord’s great love, we are not consumed, for his compassions never fail. They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness.” Lamentations 3:22-23

Father, many are experiencing ups and downs; however, with you, they are able to push through their adversities and challenges knowing that you are always present and that they will always be victorious with you, and through your Son, Jesus Christ.

Because of you, they are able to push through their adversities and challenges, knowing that you have never forsakened them. Therefore, instead of dwelling on what did not occur or transpire, they focus on the blessings you continuously bestow upon them and redirect their steps to a place of peace beyond understanding.

Father, help all to realize that life with you through your Son, Jesus Christ, is essential for their spiritual walk and their ability to overcome challenges that arise.

Father, help all to understand that you are the answer to all of their needs, concerns, challenges, and problems. Therefore, cling closely to you through your Son, Jesus Christ, during the good, as well as the not so good times.

Therefore, smile and keep pushing through the obstacles knowing that you will never forsake them.

Father, help everyone to depend upon you despite how things appear. Help them to understand that you are always present and will always be present to carry them through their trials and tribulations.

Father, many are lost, but fail to realize it. They do whatever pleases their flesh and not their soul. They claim to love you, but their hearts are far from you. However, they call on you when they become over burdened with the consequences of their actions or lack thereof.

Father, help all to open their eyes to see themselves and their unrighteous ways. Help them to repent of their sins and worship you during the good and the bad times.

Elisha prayed for his fearful servant’s spiritual eyes to be opened, and he saw the mountain full of heavenly “horses and chariots of fire,” revealing God’s protection that was unseen to physical eyes.” 2 Kings 6:17

Despite their mishaps in life, they are able to push through their adversities and challenges, knowing that you have never and will never forsake them. They know that with you, no weapons formed against them will prosper. Therefore, they continue to walk the path that you have established for them.

Father, help all to understand that you came so that they may have life and have it more abundantly. Help all to understand that without trials and/or challenges there would be no spiritual growth nor a dependency upon you through your Son, Jesus Christ.

Father, help all to understand that troubles may come and go, but your love, protection, and guidance will override such troubles and result in peace beyond understanding.
