NEVER PUT OFF FOR TOMORROW

Father, praise your holy name for this blessed morning. I’m grateful for your light through the darkness.

Father, as many have awakened and have begun their morning journey, they pause to praise you for another day that was not promised. They know that it is only by your grace that they are present in the body. They understand that they are given many second chances throughout life. Therefore, instead of taking such for granted, they pause to pray for your continued discernment, guidance, direction, and protection.

Father, help all to take time out of their day to truly connect with you through your Son Jesus Christ. Help them to understand that life is not promised, so never put off for tomorrow what can be resolved or accomplished today.

“Come now, you who say, “Today or tomorrow we will go into such and such a town and spend a year there and trade and make a profit”— yet you do not know what tomorrow will bring. What is your life? For you are a mist that appears for a little time and then vanishes.” James 4:13-14

PEACE ABOVE ALL UNDERSTANDING

Father, praising your holy name for this blessed morning in Christ. I am grateful for the gift of life.

Father, as many have awakened and have begun their morning journey, they continue to sing praises to your holy name. They know that with you, all things are possible, through your Son Jesus Christ, and in accordance with your holy word. They fail to allow negativity to sink into their spirit; therefore, they immediately pray for peace above all understanding.

Father, help all to know that they will experience many trials in life; however, they can give you all their worries because you will allow them to withstand all experiences.

Father, help all to understand that as they continue to pray and depend upon you for all things, they will be able to overcome all things as well. Therefore, cling closely to you during their good and their not so good days.

Moreover, help all to focus on and evaluate themselves instead of continuing to place judgment on others.

“Let your reasonableness be known to everyone. The Lord is at hand; do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.” Philippians 4:5-7

A TRUE DEPENDENCY ON CHRIST

Father, praise your holy name for another blessed morning in Christ. I’m grateful for your second chance.

Father, as many have awakened and have begun their morning journey, they send praises to you for your unconditional love. It is only by your grace that they are present in the body. Therefore, they strive to continue to put you first in their life on a daily basis.

They know that nothing is impossible with you; therefore, they continue to cling to your unchanging hands.

When they are sick, you protect them throughout the process and restore their health. When they are weak, you provide them with the strength to endure pain.

When they feel defeated, you never allow them to become deflated by the circumstances of life. Instead, you push them through and to excellence!

Father, help all to realize that a dependency upon you results in renewed and restored health.

“I am the vine; you are the branches. Whoever abides in me and I in him, he it is that bears much fruit, for apart from me you can do nothing.” John 15:5
