Father, I give you all the praise for another blessed morning in Jesus Christ. I’m grateful for the gift of life.
Father, as many have awakened and have begun their morning journey they sing praises to you, through your Son, Jesus Christ, for your continued blessings and favor.
They understand that, “Jesus Christ’s mission was, of course, to die for our sins on the cross and, through repentance and faith in him, open the way for us to experience eternal life with the Father.”
Father, help all to understand that despite not deserving such favor, you continue to forgive, provide, protect, and direct our steps to the path of righteousness. Help all to understand that you are the answer to all of their needs, wants, and problems. Therefore, cling closely to your unchanging hands during the good and the bad.
“A man’s heart plans his way, but the Lord directs his steps.” “while we have agency and can make choices, God ultimately has the final say in how our lives unfold.” Proverbs 16:9
