Father, praise your holy name for another blessed morning and Christ. I’m grateful for your ultimate sacrifice, Jesus Christ.
Father, as many have awakened to see this blessed morning, they are grateful for the love that you continue to provide to them despite their shortcomings. They understand that because of you, through your Son, Jesus Christ, they have life, and they have it more abundantly.
Father, help those who continuously say one thing but do the opposite of what they know to do. Help those who continuously practice deceit and evil just to gain favor from those whose hearts are far from you. Help all to understand that life is not promised; therefore, cling closely to you through the good and the bad. In addition, help all to establish a true relationship with you through your Son, Jesus Christ, and they will see how your Holy Spirit guides them.
“When all the people were being baptized, Jesus was baptized too. And as he was praying, heaven was opened and the Holy Spirit descended on him in bodily form like a dove. And a voice came from heaven: “You are my Son, whom I love; with you I am well pleased.” Luke 3:21-22
